CIMB Bank Berhad is recruiting a Team Sales Manager (Personal Financing Acquisition) in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive performance, coach the sales team, recruit talent, and ensure compliance while achieving aggressive targets across Personal Financing, ASB Financing, Credit Card and Insurance.

The role requires a degree and 2–3 years of sales team leadership, with a track record of strong performance and people skills. You will shape a high-performing team in a major ASEAN bank.

Qualifications

• Academic qualification: degree holder in any discipline or professional qualification.
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in managing sales team.
• Demonstrated sales performance excellence.
• Strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review and analyze performance to ensure results are on track and rectify as needed.
• Achieve team level sales targets for products including ASB Financing, Personal Financing, Credit Card and Insurance.
• Source, select and recruit sales people and coach them to reach target approvals.
• Mentor top performers to become future sales managers.
• Supervise activities to meet the bank’s compliance procedures.
• Motivate and counsel sales people to be high performers and retain talent.
• Manage office environment and lead staff to meet activity standards.
