Two95 International Inc. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Supply & BD professional to lead partner engagement and drive order fulfillment across categories. You will manage a healthy supply pipeline, mentor drivers, and ensure retention targets are met.

Responsibilities include training partners, analyzing performance, and preparing regular reports for management. Strong communication and team leadership are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Supply/BD/Sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate in sales and Marketing.
• Excel skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a healthy supply pipeline to meet order targets.
• Train partners (drivers) on porter standards.
• Achieve partner retention targets.
• Engage in supply retention activities and zoning.
• Provide insights on partner issues and challenges.
• Foster a positive team environment.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure having healthy pipeline of supply to achieve order fulfillment targets of each category and each team member/FOS
• Partner(Driver) training: ensure training of partners by team members about porter standards.
• Ensuring retention targets for partners are met
• Supply retention: Will be involved in supply retention activities like calling, partner engagement validation, zonal wise supply fulfillment, etc.
• To provide insights on partner’s issues and challenges
• Create good working environment within the team
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports about the team's performance and share it with the management

Skills Required:

• Ability to make excel reports is a plus
• Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills

Experience:

5+ years experience in Supply/BD/Sales

Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate in sales and Marketing
