Job summary

QL Eco Farm Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive / Senior Supervisor Supply Chain to oversee cost control, delivery management, stock accuracy, and food safety compliance in a manufacturing setting. The role requires leadership and strong communication to manage daily logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cost control and operational efficiency through truck utilisation and cost management.
• Customer and delivery management including on-time delivery and route optimisation.
• Stock management including inventory, aging stock, wastage and return handling.
• Food safety and hygiene compliance, FIFO implementation and audit readiness.
• Risk management and governance, preventing delays and resolving operational issues.

Executive / Senior Supervisor Supply Chain

1. Cost Control & Operational Efficiency - Ensure the truck utilisation, overtime control, maintenance cost management, packing material usage control and cash reconciliation is on the measurement target

2. Customer & Delivery Management - Customer complaint management and record - On-time delivery performance - Order planning and route optimisation - Delivery fulfilment achievement

3. Stock Management & Inventory Control - Stock reconciliation and variance control - Loss and damage management - Aging stock monitoring - Wastage and disposal control - Return management and stock recovery - Daily inventory reporting and update

4. Food Safety & Hygiene Compliance - Maintained the housekeeping and cleanliness storage - FIFO Implementation - Product quality and food safety compliance - Documentation and audit readiness

5. Risk Management & Operational Governance - Prevention of delivery delays - Control of stock discrepancies - Pricing and cash accuracy - Timeline resolution of operational issues
