Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Cluster Customer Supply Chain Manager to lead CSC operations across multiple countries within the assigned cluster.

You will ensure delivery of customer service, OTIF, order fulfillment, inventory health, and logistics performance while aligning with business objectives. You will standardize processes, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Commercial, Supply Planning, Finance and external service providers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, warehousing or related field.
• 10+ years supply chain experience in a multi-country or regional role.
• Proven leadership in customer supply chain, logistics, planning or comparable areas.
• Experience in matrix multinational organizations and cross-functional projects.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Partner closely with Supply Planning and Commercial teams to ensure effective demand fulfillment.
• Lead resolution of customer escalations, service risks, and supply disruptions.
• Monitor service-level performance and implement corrective actions as required.

Responsible for leading Customer Supply Chain (CSC) operations across multiple countries within the assigned cluster, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with company business objectives. Accountable for delivering customer service, inventory, working capital, and logistics cost targets while supporting sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction.

This role drives the execution of supply chain strategies, standardization of processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational governance across the cluster. The incumbent partners closely with Commercial, Supply Planning, Logistics, Finance, and external service providers to achieve both operational and financial objectives.

The Cluster Customer Supply Chain Manager is responsible for balancing customer service levels, sales growth opportunities, inventory working capital, and freight optimization while developing a high-performing team capable of supporting a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Supply Chain Leadership

• Lead Customer Supply Chain operations across multiple countries within the assigned cluster.
• Ensure delivery of customer service, OTIF, order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics performance targets.
• Develop and implement country-specific and cluster-wide supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide leadership, direction, and governance to local CSC teams and external service providers.
• Establish standardized processes and best practices across countries to improve consistency and excellence in execution.
• Oversee CFR fulfillment across the cluster, drive improvements in OTIF performance, order cycle times, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner closely with Supply Planning and Commercial teams to ensure effective demand fulfillment.

3. Inventory & Working Capital Management

• Collaborate with Planning and Commercial teams to improve inventory health and stock availability.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to excess inventory, slow-moving inventory, and stock shortages.
• Establish governance and reporting processes to support inventory optimization initiatives.

4. Logistics & Distribution Optimization

• Partner with Logistics teams to optimize transportation networks and distribution costs.
• Drive initiatives to improve distribution efficiency, warehouse productivity, and logistics service performance.
• Support Logistics teams in strategic sourcing initiatives involving warehousing, transportation, and logistics service providers.

5. Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary Supply Chain business partner to Cluster Commercial Leadership.
• Influence cross-functional decision-making to balance customer service, inventory, cost, and business growth objectives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaborative problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Implement and ensure adherence to internal and external regulations/ policies/ projects/ processes in SC areas.
• People Leadership & Capability Development
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Supply Chain organization.
• Establish clear objectives, accountability, and development plans for team members.
• Lead succession planning and capability-building initiatives.

What we are looking for

• Minimum Education/Experience Required
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in warehousing, logistics or related course.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Customer Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Operations, or related functions
• Proven experience managing multi-country or regional operations.
• Experience working in a matrix multinational organization, team player.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional transformation and improvement projects.
• Proficient in oral and written English communication; computer literate.
• Experience in SAP OTC will be a plus point to be considered.
