Job summary

Mewah Group is seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the Network & Service Desk team across our manufacturing operations in Malaysia. You will oversee LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring SLA achievements and high availability.

You will develop and mentor a team of IT Engineers, coordinate with vendors, and drive ITIL-based service management and continuous improvement initiatives across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in network infrastructure and IT support, with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, WiFi, VPN, and IT service management.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-site operations is an added advantage.
• ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, or Fortinet certifications are preferred.
