Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in business process analysis and system design.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies.
- Understanding of agribusiness or consumer goods industry is preferred.
