Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will handle payments, GR/IR, P2P closing, and process invoices with accuracy and policy compliance. You will also review vendor invoices for correctness and report exceptions to the AP Manager.

The role requires 3–5 years in AP within an SSC/BPO, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and English and Mandarin communication abilities. SAP/S/4HANA experience is a plus, supporting optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Accounts Payable in SSC/BPO.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP/S/4HANA is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable tasks including payments, GR/IR, and P2P closing.
• Process invoices with matching, error handling, and compliance with policy and tax regulations.
• Record exception cases and report to the AP Manager.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness per purchasing.
• Contribute to internal process optimization and continuous improvement.

• Perform checking over vendor invoices for correctness and completeness per purchasing.
• Support and contributes to internal process optimization.
• Perform process improvement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Admin
• 3 to 5 years in Account Payable in SSC or BPO
• Hands on with ERP such experience with SAP or S/4HANA is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (due to handling Mandarin speaker country)
