Job summary

CHAGEE Malaysia is hiring Customer Service Assistants to welcome customers, assist with ordering, and help them explore CHAGEE’s teas and the CHAGEE App. The role supports customers from entry to collection, ensuring a friendly and informative store visit.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the menu, demonstrating the CHAGEE App, and explaining tea varieties with approved product information. Teamwork and adherence to brand standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly and attentive individual who enjoys helping customers.
• Clear communication skills and confidence to discuss products and the App.
• Patient and able to stay calm during busy periods, queues and complaints.
• Willingness to learn CHAGEE’s tea knowledge, brewing practices and service procedures.
• Able to work as part of a store team and follow established standards.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the menu and ordering process.
• Introduce the CHAGEE App and assist customers with ordering and features.
• Explain tea varieties and CHAGEE beverage qualities with approved information.
• Conduct tea brewing demonstrations when scheduled.
• Inform customers about order progress and manage waiting times with patience.
• Resolve routine queries and escalate to a supervisor when needed.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth customer flow and a positive experience.
• Follow CHAGEE’s service, hygiene, and brand standards.
