Responsibilities include guiding customers through the menu, demonstrating the CHAGEE App, and explaining tea varieties with approved product information. Teamwork and adherence to brand standards are essential.

Job description

CHAGEE Malaysia is hiring Customer Service Assistants to make every store visit welcoming, convenient and informative. This role supports customers from the moment they enter the store through ordering, collection and any questions that arise along the way. The successful candidate will also help customers discover CHAGEE’s teas and use the CHAGEE App.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through the menu and ordering process.

Introduce the CHAGEE App and help customers use its ordering and other available features.

Explain tea varieties, brewing methods and the qualities of CHAGEE beverages using accurate, approved product information. Conduct tea brewing demonstrations when scheduled and trained to do so.

Keep customers informed about order progress and manage questions or concerns about waiting times with patience and clarity.

Resolve routine customer queries and service issues promptly. Escalate matters requiring a manager’s decision.

Work closely with the store team to maintain an orderly customer flow, accurate communication and a positive store experience.

Follow CHAGEE’s service, food safety, hygiene and brand standards at all times.
