Job summary

CHAGEE (M) SDN. BHD. (Retail) is seeking a Tea Barista at Mid Valley KL to provide excellent service and beverage preparation in a busy outlet. The role involves following in-house recipes, managing inventory, handling payments, and ensuring a clean, compliant operation.

You will work with a team to deliver a high-quality guest experience, maintain the outlet’s appearance, and support cashier duties as needed. Training and career advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least SPM certification is required.
• Prior F&B outlet experience is preferable.
• Must be able to work in a team and stay adaptable.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to in-house recipes.
• Manage inventory to meet daily sales needs.
• Handle receipts and cashless payments accurately.
• Adhere to outlet operation guidelines at all times.
• Provide excellent customer experience and handle complaints appropriately.
• Monitor cleanliness, equipment, and arrange maintenance when needed.
• Participate in cashier duties and other outlet tasks.
