Job summary

CHAGEE (M) SDN. BHD. (Retail) is seeking a Tea Barista in Sabah to brew beverages, manage inventory, and ensure high-quality service. The role involves cashier duties, maintaining outlet standards, and delivering a great customer experience.

Candidate should have at least SPM certification and any F&B outlet experience is preferable; own transport is a plus and willingness to travel is required. Training and career progression are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Brew beverages following in-house recipes.
• Manage inventory to meet daily sales.
• Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately.
• Ensure outlet operation guidelines are followed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and equipment; arrange maintenance as needed.
• Participate in all outlet operations including beverage prep and cashier duties.
