Job summary

CHAGEE (M) SDN. BHD. (Retail) is seeking a Tea Barista at Aman Suria, Petaling Jaya to deliver high-quality beverages and service. You will manage daily cash handling, inventory, and ensure a seamless customer experience while adhering to outlet guidelines.

The role requires teamwork, self-discipline, and willingness to travel as needed, with on-the-job training and career development opportunities provided by CHAGEE.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
• Prior working experience in F&B outlet is preferable.
• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.
• Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages based on in-house recipes.
• Manage outlets inventory and ensure sufficient stock for daily sales.
• Handle cash, card payments and e-wallet payments; ensure accuracy of receipts.
• Ensure outlet operation guides are adhered to by staff at all times.
• Provide best customer experience and address complaints adequately.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness and equipment; arrange maintenance when needed.
• Participate in operational processes including beverage preparation and other relevant tasks.
