Job summary

CHAGEE (M) SDN. BHD. (Retail) seeks a Tea Barista for Imago Jaya, Petaling Jaya. You will operate the beverage counter, prepare drinks per our in-house recipes, and assist at the cashier. The role emphasizes delivering top-quality service and maintaining outlet standards.

The ideal candidate has SPM certification, some F&B experience, and a team spirit to help achieve outlet targets. Own transport and willingness to travel are a plus.

Qualifications

• SPM certification is required.
• F&B outlet experience is preferred.
• Able to work well in a team to meet outlet targets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to in-house recipes.
• Manage inventory and ensure sufficient stock for daily sales.
• Handle receipts: cash, card, and e-wallet payments.
• Ensure outlet operation guides are followed at all times.
• Provide excellent customer experience and resolve complaints.
• Monitor cleanliness, equipment condition and arrange maintenance if needed.
• Participate in operations including beverage prep and cashier duties.
