Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
• F&B outlet experience is preferable.
• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.
• Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Brew beverages and follow in-house recipes.
• Manage inventory and ensure sufficient stock for daily sales.
• Handle receipts including cash, card, and e-wallet payments with accuracy.
• Ensure outlet operation guides are followed by staff at all times.
• Provide the best customer experience and handle complaints professionally.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, outlook, and equipment; arrange maintenance when needed.
• Participate in operational duties, including beverage preparation and cash handling.
