Xcellink Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Talent Sourcing Agent to join our Talent Acquisition team in Johor Bahru. You will identify, engage, and build relationships with top candidates, develop pipelines, and support employer branding across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other networks.

The role emphasizes collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers, market insights, and delivering a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition; agency or RPO experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
