Qualifications

• Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience using social/digital insights to attract talent.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with good time management and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Talent Pool Development through proactive sourcing, networking and market mapping.
• Social & digital engagement to attract talent and strengthen employer brand.
• Talent consulting by engaging with candidates across platforms in real time.
• Tools & platforms management using enterprise tools and social networks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights for talent strategy.
• Provide market insights to improve sourcing strategies and processes.
