Xcellink Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcing Agent to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 4-month maternity cover contract. You will identify, source, and engage top talent to meet our clients’ hiring needs, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate relationship building, and social/digital engagement across platforms. Strong English communication and IT tool proficiency are essential to deliver effective recruiting

Qualifications

• Education: Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role (agency or RPO experience is a plus).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Digital Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging social/digital insights to create engaging and relevant content across platforms.
• Results-Driven: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time-management; adaptable to changing priorities.
• Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pool through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Social & Digital Engagement: Create engaging content to attract talent and strengthen employer branding.
• Talent Consulting: Engage with potential candidates in real-time across social and professional platforms.
• Tools & Platforms Management: Use enterprise tools and networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to identify and engage talent.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to respond to community discussions and gather insights.
• Market Insights: Convert candidate and market feedback into actionable sourcing strategies.
