Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcing Agent to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 4-month maternity cover contract. You will identify, source and engage top talent to meet our clients’ hiring needs.

Key activities include building talent pools, proactive social/digital engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a steady pipeline and market insights. Relevant experience in talent sourcing or agency/RPO is preferred, with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar role; agency/RPO experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Skilled in leveraging social/digital insights to create engaging content across platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Highly organized with exceptional time-management abilities; adaptable to changing priorities.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of IT and digital tools to support sourcing activities.

Responsibilities

• Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pool through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Social & Digital Engagement: Consult, brainstorm, and ideate on social and digital content to attract talent and enhance employer brand.
• Talent Consulting: Engage with potential candidates in real-time across various social and professional platforms.
• Tools & Platforms Management: Utilize enterprise tools and social networks to identify and engage potential talent.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to gather insights and resources from internal teams.
• Market Insights: Channel candidate and market feedback into actionable insights to improve sourcing strategies.
