Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to join the Talent Sourcing team. You will source and engage top talents to fill open roles, manage the end‑to‑end candidate experience, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive excellence in hiring.

Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, screening, resume review, testing, and reference checks, with a focus on building talent pools for critical roles and locales.

Qualifications

• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media and referrals.
• Screening applications and resumes; coordinating interviews and checks.
• Maintain candidate relationships and build talent pools for future roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Team Leader to source and deliver candidates for open positions.
• Conduct screening, resume review, and reference/background checks.
• Build and maintain candidate interactions in internal systems.
• Monitor KPI and continuously optimize sourcing processes.
• Screen and assess incoming applications.
• Maintain talent pools for specific roles/locations.
