Job summary

Xcellink Sdn Bhd is seeking a Talent Sourcing Agent to join our Talent Acquisition team in JB or KL. You will source, engage, and attract top talent to meet client hiring needs using digital platforms and market insights.

The role focuses on building pipelines, employer branding, social outreach, and collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition; agency or RPO experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Strong command of social recruiting tools and digital sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract talent across multiple digital and professional platforms.
• Develop pipelines and maintain a database of qualified professionals for current and future roles.
• Collaborate on employer branding and content campaigns to strengthen presence on social channels.
• Conduct social media and digital outreach on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other networks.
• Work with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
• Research talent markets and trends to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience in every interaction.
