Xcellink Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcing Agent to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will identify, engage, and build relationships with top professionals to meet client hiring needs.

You will leverage digital platforms and market insights to build robust talent pipelines and strengthen our employer branding for future hiring needs. The role requires 2–3 years in talent sourcing with strong English communication and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / PG Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2–3 years minimum experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Digital recruiting tools and social sourcing techniques knowledge.
• Agency or RPO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract talent across multiple digital and professional platforms.
• Develop talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Strengthen employer branding and engagement through content and campaigns.
• Lead social media and digital outreach across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other networks.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
• Stay informed about market talent dynamics and trends to improve sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience reflecting our brand values.
