You will leverage digital platforms and market insights to build robust talent pipelines and strengthen our employer branding for future hiring needs. The role requires 2–3 years in talent sourcing with strong English communication and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / PG Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2–3 years minimum experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Digital recruiting tools and social sourcing techniques knowledge.
• Agency or RPO experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and Attract Talent: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates across multiple digital and professional platforms.

• Develop Talent Pipelines: Build, maintain, and nurture a strong database of qualified professionals to meet current and future hiring needs.

• Employer Branding & Engagement: Partner with the team to create engaging content and campaigns that strengthen our presence on social and professional channels.

• Social Media & Digital Outreach: Actively participate in and manage talent engagement initiatives across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other networks.

• Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, sourcing priorities, and talent market trends.

• Market Research: Stay informed about talent market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging recruitment trends to enhance sourcing strategies.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure every interaction reflects our brand values and delivers a positive experience for potential candidates.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition. Experience in an agency or RPO setting is a plus.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse audiences.

• Digital Savvy: Strong command of social recruiting tools and digital sourcing techniques to identify and attract talent effectively.

• Results-Driven: Commercially aware, performance-focused, and motivated to meet targets and deadlines.

• Organized and Agile: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
