Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcing Agent to join the Talent Acquisition team on a 4-month maternity cover contract in Malaysia. You will identify, source, and engage top talent to meet client hiring needs and maintain a steady pipeline through proactive sourcing and relationship building.

You will leverage social and digital channels to attract candidates, consult with potential hires in real-time, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role (agency or RPO is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust talent pool through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Create engaging social and digital content to attract talent and enhance employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pool through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.

• Social & Digital Engagement: Consult, brainstorm, and ideate on social and digital content to attract talent and enhance our employer brand.

• Talent Consulting: Act as a frontline Talent Consultant by engaging with potential candidates in real-time across various social and professional platforms.

• Tools & Platforms Management: Utilize a combination of enterprise tools and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to identify and engage potential talent.

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to gather insights and resources from internal teams to respond effectively to community discussions.

• Market Insights: Channel candidate and market feedback into actionable insights to improve sourcing strategies and organizational processes.

Requirements

• Education: Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role (experience in agency or RPO environments is an advantage).

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Digital Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging social/digital insights to create engaging and relevant content across platforms.

• Results-Driven: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines.

• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional time-management abilities; adaptable to changing priorities.

• Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail.

• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Information Technology and digital tools to support sourcing activities.
