Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a curious and eager Talent Sourcing Intern to join our Talent Sourcing team on a 3-4 month cover contract. You will identify, source, and engage top talent to meet our clients’ hiring needs and build a steady pipeline.

This internship focuses on proactive sourcing, candidate relationship building, social and digital engagement, teamwork with HR, and using sourcing tools to support timely recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management or HR.
• Curious learner in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Skilled in leveraging social/digital insights to create engaging content across platforms.
• Strong time-management and the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of IT and digital tools to support sourcing activities.

• Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pool through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the Talent Sourcing and HR team to gather insights and resources from internal teams to respond effectively to community discussions.

• Market Insights: Channel candidate and market feedback into actionable insights to improve sourcing strategies and organizational processes.

Requirements

• Education: Pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Interest: Curious learner in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Digital Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging social/digital insights to create engaging and relevant content across platforms.

• Results-Driven: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines.

• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional time-management abilities; adaptable to changing priorities.

• Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail.

• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Information Technology and digital tools to support sourcing activities.
• Duration of Internship : Min of 3 months. Period to start will be from Late January 2026.
• Must possess valid residency status in Malaysia.
