Job summary

EC-Council is seeking a Talent & HR Operations Executive to support end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations in Malaysia. The role covers MDEC processes, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee contracts, training grants, and HR documentation, ensuring smooth and compliant HR workflows and timely support to staff and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong skills in resume screening, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, background checks, and pre-onboarding.
• Knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and HR documentation, with MDEC experience being an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end MDEC process from hiring, renewal & termination
• Manage the recruitment process, from resume screening, interviews coordination, background check and pre onboarding process.
• Assist the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and statutory contributions, and maintain payroll records.
• Manage HRDC grant submission for training
• Preparing bond agreement to employee
• Manage the contractor agreement for their contract expiry.
• Liaise with insurance agent for staff query, claims.
• To assist any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the company.
