Job summary

EC-Council is seeking a Talent & HR Operations Executive to support end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations in Kuala Lumpur on-site. The role includes managing MDEC processes, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee contracts, training grants, insurance matters, and HR documentation.

The role ensures smooth and compliant HR processes while providing timely support to employees and management. A 2–5 year background in recruitment and HR operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end MDEC process from hiring, renewal & termination
• Manage the recruitment process, from resume screening, interviews coordination, background check and pre onboarding process.
• Assist the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and statutory contributions, and maintain payroll records.
• Manage HRDC grant submission for training
• Preparing bond agreement to employee
• Manage the contractor agreement for their contract expiry.
• Liaise with insurance agent for staff query, claims.
• To assist any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the company.
