• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong skills in resume screening, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, background checks, and pre-onboarding.
• Knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and HR documentation, with MDEC experience being an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.

We are seeking Talent & HR Operations Executive that responsible for supporting end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations, including MDEC processes, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee contracts, training grants, insurance matters, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth and compliant HR processes while providing timely support to employees and management.
