Job summary

ECO Group of Companies in Malaysia is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring for executive and professional roles. You will source, screen, interview and manage candidates, collaborating with Department Heads to align manpower plans.

You will run multi-channel sourcing through LinkedIn, JobStreet and other networks, maintain candidate databases, and provide hiring recommendations while ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably handling multiple levels of positions.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian recruitment practices and employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive, professional and management levels from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with Department Heads and hiring managers on manpower planning and recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and shortlisting, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Manage recruitment pipelines, candidate databases, hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and external talent partners.
• Lead internship, campus recruitment and career events.
• Support employer branding activities through campaigns and HR engagement initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with Malaysian employment legislation and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
