Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent operations or similar capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides Talent solutions, advice & insights to meet business strategy and performance.
• Attend internal Talent queries and provide guidance on employee matters.
• Support Talent initiatives in areas like performance management, exit interviews, reporting.
• Initiates Talent transactions on SuccessFactors for areas of focus.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations.
• Assist with rolling out Talent Team initiatives and other projects.
