Think Academy MY in Kuala Lumpur seeks a proactive Senior HR Executive focused on Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations. You will attract talent, support employees throughout their journey, onboard new hires, and contribute to HR operations in a fast-growing education business.

You will collaborate with the HRBP Manager to manage recruitment cycles, employee relations matters, onboarding, and HR projects, building a positive, high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, Employee Relations or People Operations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal English communication.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for full-time, internship and part-time roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver quality candidates fast.
• Develop recruitment channels to build a strong talent pipeline and provide reports for workforce planning.
• Provide day-to-day HR support, probation follow-ups, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
