Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Experienced Associate/Senior Associate for Change Management and HR Transformation within People Advisory Services. You will work with global clients on transformations across People Experience, Organisation & Workforce Transformation, People Mobility and HR Transformation, contributing to growth in Malaysia and the ASEAN region.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate technical competence in EY capabilities and solve complex client challenges.
Stay up-to-date with technical and functional skills and industry trends.
Influence and persuade clients to gain support for major change initiatives.
Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.
Encourage collaboration among team members and promote inclusivity.
Identify and help manage potential issues and risks during a client assignment.
Support business development by preparing proposals and presentations for clients.
Identify follow-on engagement opportunities.
Lead engagement activities from planning through implementation.
