Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of HR experience in HR Strategy & Transformation, Business Partnering, Organization Design, Talent Management or Talent Development. Experience in consulting will be useful.
• A comprehensive understanding of both talent strategy and business strategy, and the ability to develop clear, actionable talent plans that deliver improved performance from business strategy.
• Strong business acumen or commercial awareness. Financial acumen with experience in forecasting, cost benefit and ROI analysis will be useful.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the organization or virtually across borders.
• A strong client focus and the ability to build good relationships and engage with business leaders.
• Experience working in a matrix environment, with agility to handle multiple demands and changing priorities, and deal with ambiguity.
• A good understanding of digital technology and its impacts and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver talent strategy aligned to EY regional and global priorities and facilitate change through innovative HR programs.
• Understand the talent agenda, workforce planning and run data analytics to support decisions.
• Execute Talent Management initiatives to build organizational capability and continuity for EY people, retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with Talent Development and Reward in managing careers, development and performance across all ranks.
• Collaborate with Diversity & Inclusion and Reward to support recognition programs and wellbeing initiatives, driving adoption across the business.
• Advise business leaders on change management strategies and deployment to embed a values-driven culture.
• Assist in developing a culture that aligns with EY's D&I strategy and high-performance teaming.
