Job summary

Tonasco in Shah Alam is seeking an HR Generalist to manage Learning Management and HR systems, ensuring content aligns with business goals. The role involves supporting hiring, attendance, payroll, and staff engagement initiatives.

The candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of HR experience, with strong digital skills and good interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 1 year HR experience.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging digital systems and driving process-driven ways of working.
• Detail-oriented, organized and analytical with digital-savviness.
• Good interpersonal skills and people orientation are important.
• MS Office proficiency; multimedia skills are a plus.
• Mandarin language ability is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Take charge of Learning Management and Resources Management.
• Manage content for LMS aligned with company goals.
• Participate in HR activities including hiring processes, attendance, payroll, and staff engagement.
