Job summary

Shopee is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join the People team in Kuala Lumpur. You will partner with hiring managers across departments to understand talent needs and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant recruitment experience in a fast-moving industry.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment; mass hiring preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Able to work independently with strong initiative and attention to detail.
