Job summary

VA Evolve Pte Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Virtual Assistant) to support recruitment and HR operations. You will manage key stages of the recruitment process, from posting jobs and screening candidates to interviews and onboarding, while also handling day-to-day HR documentation and administration.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruitment experience, can conduct virtual interviews, and maintain confidential records with excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• At least 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Understanding of recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Comfortable conducting virtual interviews and coordinating stages.
• Maintains confidentiality; organized, proactive, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support hiring needs.
• Draft and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Post vacancies and source candidates through channels.
• Conduct initial interviews via Zoom and coordinate stages.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR records and organisation charts.
• Provide HR administrative support as required.
