Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR with recruitment focus.
• End-to-end recruitment across multiple functions experience.
• Exposure to talent management, performance or succession planning is a plus.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across professional and managerial roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, assess, and attract high-quality talent through various recruitment channels.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to increase hiring effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning discussions by providing market insights and hiring recommendations.

Talent Management

• Partner with hiring managers to support talent management initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Assist in implementing performance management, talent review, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
• Support learning and development programmes by identifying capability gaps and coordinating development activities.
• Help analyse talent data and provide insights to support workforce and succession planning.
• Work closely with business leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent.

Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Coordinate recruitment marketing activities, career fairs, university engagement, networking events, and social media campaigns.
• Promote the company's culture, values, and employee experience to prospective candidates.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on talent, engagement, and people initiatives where required.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, with recruitment as a core responsibility.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Exposure to talent management, performance management, learning & development, or succession planning is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
