Job summary

Millennium Technology Services is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our regional TA team. The role covers multiple APAC markets with a focus on technology, infrastructure and project-based hiring.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates across LinkedIn, JobStreet and portals, interview, and support offers while coordinating with sales, delivery and business stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, JobStreet, ATS platforms.

Function: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our regional Talent Acquisition team.

The role will support recruitment across multiple APAC markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Australia, with a strong focus on technology, infrastructure and project‑based hiring.

This is a hands‑on recruitment position suitable for someone comfortable managing multiple requirements simultaneously, working directly with candidates and business stakeholders, and operating in a fast‑moving regional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing and screening through interview, offer and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, job portals, referrals, internal databases and other channels.
• Support recruitment for technical roles including Network, Data Centre, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Project Management and related technology positions.
• Conduct candidate screening, including technical experience, salary expectations, notice period and availability.
• Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations for submission to clients and hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely follow‑up with candidates and stakeholders.
• Support offer negotiation, candidate closing and onboarding activities.
• Work closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Delivery and business teams to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements.
• Provide market intelligence on candidate availability, salary expectations and hiring challenges.
• Support multi‑headcount/project recruitment and urgent deployment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the ATS.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated requirements.
• Provide regular recruitment pipeline and hiring‑status updates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably within IT, technology, telecommunications, engineering or professional services.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment independently.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple concurrent vacancies and changing priorities.
• Exposure to regional/APAC recruitment would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of technology recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Able to communicate confidently with candidates, hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Good negotiation, coordination and follow‑up skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, JobStreet, ATS/recruitment databases and other sourcing platforms.
• Organised, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
