This is an execution-focused role where you'll own the frontlines of sourcing - identifying, screening, and engaging talent based on clearly defined hiring goals. What You'll Work On

• Enjoy learning about tech and digital teams - even if you're not from that world

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR internships
