Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Recruitment/HR professional in Kuala Lumpur to support sourcing and candidate management across all levels. You will work with the HR team to attract talents and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Degree in HR or related fields with at least 1 year of recruitment or HR experience, and are comfortable using LinkedIn and job boards to attract applicants.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or related field.
• At least 1 year recruitment/HR experience.
• Proficient with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and job boards.
• Strong English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job platforms, LinkedIn and social media.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Draft and post job ads on multiple platforms.
• Maintain proactive candidate communications for a smooth experience.
• Prepare basic recruitment progress reports.
• Collaborate with HR to meet hiring needs.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
