Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a contract Talent Acquisition assistant to support the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. This 3–4 month assignment is based in Kuala Lumpur with a Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00 schedule and a basic salary up to RM 3,790.

The role involves posting ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining records, generating progress reports, and assisting with employer branding while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job advertisements across portals and social media platforms.
• Source and screen candidates through different recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Manage and maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers accurately.
• Follow up with candidates and stakeholders on interview feedback and hiring decisions.
• Assist with offer documentation and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Generate recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress.
• Assist with employer branding and recruitment-related projects as required.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and processes.

Salary: Basic up to RM 3,790 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or a related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requisitions.
• Available to commit for a contract duration of 3-4 months.
