Job summary

Hitachi eBworx in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and build a robust candidate pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience and data-driven updates to management.

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies.
