Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in HR Shared Services or Talent Services operations, with 4+ years in people leadership.
• Strong backend recruitment operations and service delivery management experience.
• Experience in global or regional TA functions and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA shared services operations for regional/global teams.
• Oversee requisition creation, interview scheduling, offer documentation, and compliance checks.
• Monitor SLA, KPIs, and governance reviews; ensure data privacy compliance.
• Partner with front-end TA, HRBP, and payroll across regions.
• Develop talent acquisition processes, SOPs, and documentation libraries.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of coordinators and analysts.
• Drive digitalization, automation, and system enhancements with HRIS teams.
