Job summary

VAT Group AG is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for Direct Labor (DL) and Indirect Labor (IDL) in Malaysia, with the potential to expand across Asia. You will develop strategies, coach TA partners, and collaborate with HRBPs to align hiring with business plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business or related field.
• Proven leadership and people management experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment governance, metrics, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Direct Labor (DL) and Indirect Labor (IDL) for Malaysia, with potential Asia scope.
• Coach and develop Talent Acquisition Partners and Specialists to meet hiring needs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to translate workforce requirements into hiring strategies.
