Job summary

FJ Benjamin Holdings Ltd in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, source candidates through multiple channels, and coordinate interviews to ensure timely hiring.

Responsibilities include onboarding, training planning and execution, HR administration, and maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, including recruitment and training functions.
• Understanding of recruitment procedures, candidate assessment, and sourcing methods.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Independent, responsible, and discreet with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, universities.
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process.
• Conduct preliminary interviews, candidate assessments, and reference checks.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide updates on hiring status.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Support HR administration and ad-hoc projects as needed.
