Job summary

SAMTEC, Inc. in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking an HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, and policy compliance. You will handle HR administrative tasks and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.

The role requires at least 3 years in HR, strong communication, organization and multitasking skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. You will collaborate with managers and support the student/co-op programs as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR generalist or related role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting with hiring managers.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HR processes.
• Maintain data accuracy in HRIS and related systems.
• Support employee relations and policy compliance.
• Assist investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, and related documents.
• Support student/co-op programs and campus recruitment events.
