Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in volume and casual recruiting, preferably in the service industry.
• Familiarity with Pacific region labor markets and hiring practices.
• Ability to exercise judgment from multiple information sources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising.
• Support internal/external sourcing and placement of candidates.
• Assist with recommendations for recruitment enhancements.
• Educate managers on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.
• Track staffing processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Recruit for entry-level to Sr level roles, including executive-level recruitment.
