Job summary

You will source, assess, and manage candidates through the full lifecycle, ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience while delivering timely hiring outcomes and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• At least 3 years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with engineering, technician, admin and finance roles.
• End-to-end recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-management and volume roles.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy and market conditions.
• Develop talent pipelines and engage external networks.
• Ensure data accuracy in Talent Source and report insights.
