Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and training administration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Coordinate training programs and support talent development initiatives.
• Develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers and monitor progress and costs.
• Maintain candidate databases, records, and manpower reports.
• Coordinate training providers, venues, schedules, and training materials.
• Prepare training plans, keep training records and KPI reports for management.
• Support HR compliance and staff development initiatives including budgets.
