Job summary

Michael Page in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring across Technology, Fintech, and related disciplines. You will coach a team of recruiters, partner with hiring managers to define requirements, and implement strategic sourcing to attract top talent.

You will screen and interview candidates, assess fit, and measure recruiter performance to ensure timely, quality hires. This is a hybrid role supporting a growing fintech organisation in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years hands-on recruitment experience, including technology/fintech domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring across disciplines including Software Engineering, Product, Delivery, Project Management, QA/Test Automation, Cloud & Infrastructure, Network and Cybersecurity.
• Lead and coach 3 recruiters to understand technical roles beyond titles and keywords.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Utilise various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with the organisation's needs.
• Review recruiter performance through pipeline quality, conversion, hiring outcomes and follow-through.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful TA Lead Should Have

• 6-8 years of hands on recruitment experience, open to agency candidates
• Proven experience hiring within Technology or Fintech industry.
• Proven recruitment experience within technology, SaaS or software product organisations.
• Able to influence hiring managers, challenge constructively and keep decisions moving
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
