Job summary

Hytech in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Operations Executive to support recruitment activities for our Singapore operations from the Malaysia office. The role focuses on candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration.

You will coordinate documentation, schedules, and pre-onboarding, prepare offers and contracts, and keep HR records up to date. Strong English and Mandarin communication, along with meticulous organization, are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition Operations or Recruitment coordination experience.
• Experience in recruitment administration, documentation, interview coordination, and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations to ensure an efficient hiring process.
• Coordinate candidate documentation, interview scheduling, and pre-onboarding activities.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and recruitment-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR system records and manage candidate buyout processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve TA processes and support recruitment projects.
• Assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects and hiring initiatives as assigned.

About the Role

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruitment Coordination, or HR Operations.
• Experience in recruitment administration, candidate documentation, interview coordination, and HR systems.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills with excellent organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership.
